Members of the Swedish Meat Industry Association are helping spread the joy of food throughout the country, from the very north to the southernmost tip of Sweden. The combined annual sales for companies in our industry is nearly SEK 30 billion, and we employ around 10,000 people. It consists of both large corporations and smaller, family-owned companies. You can work with slaughtering, meat cutting or charcuterie, which involves making such things as sausages, burgers and ready-to-eat food.
